Hang on. They are going to be mighty sad about half an hour in when all the ammo is gone. I'll bet you cant shoot just two boxes

Can't go monday. Just went with my dad on saturday... spent a LOT in ammo. But it was worth it... I love going shooting with my dad. He's 60, and I'm starting to realize he won't be around forever, so I'm trying to make the most of our time. Soon, my boy will be old enough to come too!

I had Friday Off - Went Shooting Saturday
Happy Easter to All!
I took a half day thursday and had friday off; went shooting Saturday. I had a gun filled weekend. Thursday I took my Bushmaster M-4 to the gun store to get a collapsable stock put on it; a front sling swivel and an red dot scope (I bought it used for $500+ with my tax return; it was California Legal). On the way out of the shop I spotted a used Ruger KP93. Long story short, I returned to the shop Friday and traded a Charter Arms revolver in towards it and it's in the process of getting a detailed strip and clean.
Saturday I headed to the range with my Dad and shot my M-4, Beretta M-9, and Smith & Wesson 13 (though only putting .38spl in it). I finally got my Dad shooting 4 inch groups on the center of the target when we figured out he was right handed/left eye dominant. He was originally right eye dominant but over the years his right eye, for various reasons, had weakened and his left eye became the stronger one.
My dad loved shooting my Beretta and my S&W 13 and wants to get CCW. I figure a few more trips to the range and he can pass the shooting qualification part with flying colors.
