main reason im interested in wet is cleaning the inside of cases and primer pockets. if there is no reason to clean the inside of the case and have cleaner primer pockets ill save my money.
There's no real reason the interior of the case has to be cleaned.
And I never clean primer pockets on handgun rounds - they just get cleaned if I decide to wet tumble,
but that's more for removing scorching on the outside of the case.
The benefit is that it cleans the primer pockets & inside of the case.
Makes 'em look all purdy & shiney. .
On rifle - .223 & 7.62x54R, I rarely clean primer pockets.
Sometimes I'll just get a bug up my backside & do it on a whim.
There's no difference between clean pocket or no - atleast none that I've seen.
Of course this is just my 2¢ worth, my observation & my way of doing things.
That doesn't mean any other way is wrong, just different.
