WOW, I never saw hand trucks at a gun show being used by customers. The ammo was running out of the place. Tables of bolt guns and shotguns were ignored and the crowds were at the semi-auto EBR tables, hi cap mag and ammo sales. The reloading sales for powder and primers was brisk also. Only one DPMS 308 in the place and it was $2000. PS-90's were $1400, $1750 and $2000 depending on dealer. Alot of GSG-5's were being carried out also. M-1 Carbines were $650 and SKS's were being walked around with $700 signs on them! Colt AR-15's $1200-1500 depending on model, some were higher. One dealer told me he sold 1300 hi-cap magazines in VA last week. Well the BHO rush continues. Hope its not a going out of business rush for the dealers.

I was there from 9 'til noon. The line at TNT Reloading was so long I bailed. Will pick up more powder in Valley Forge, or next York show.

Lots of seriously overpriced AR/AK stuff, most reasonable deals snapped up early. Glad stocked up on EBR stuff last year:D

How crowded was it? More than normal? I have been hearing gun shows have been insane lately with all the panic buying. I used to go to this gun show when I lived in PA. It had a lot of good milsurp vendors, at least back then it did.

Didn't think it was that crowded, at least not as bad as I’ve seen it in years past. Prices were up, but again not as bad as I thought they would be. As others have mentioned…ammo was going out the box like they weren’t going to make anymore.

The November show in West Palm Bch, Fl. had a 1 1/2 hour ticket wait on both days. As you stated, we hauled the weapons & ammo out on hand trucks not to mention the guns that were bought by people without a CC or a FFL. I was told that 1500 plus weapons were bought by people without a permit. I bought three guns plus I have CC permit and the wait just to fill out the paperwork was 30 minutes, the 15 minutes to fill it out, and then to have it processed was another 30 minutes or so. Obama has really been a help to the sagging gun and ammo sales.

There's one other thing I noticed that I've never seen before at any show. There were a large number of wannabes/mall ninjas/internet commandos or whatever you want to call them walking around with machineguns and 95% weren't for sale...I asked. WTH is going on with that?

Anyone can check a weapon into most shows for trade/sell/showoff. I have a CC permit and I go armed but not loaded to all the shows. I agree you do see some funny looking gun freaks
