I bought a Traditions "Pioneer" pistol from them, got it right away, decided I didn't like it, returned it, got a total refund. Received friendly, knowledgable service from them throughout.
Even though I didn't care for the item bought I liked the service and people and I won't hesitate to do business with them again.
