Has anyone seen what Dan Wesson is doing to their slides?

Glad it's not going to be a regular thing. IMO, the best billboards are very tiny or none at all.

That's the main reason that I will not buy a Spartan. I love my old PM9, but I will pass on the buildboard.

I much prefer the slides without the signature. In fact that's one of things I like about DWs. I'm not a fan of huge roll marks. Lots of companies have them, STI, RIA, Para, etc. It is natural for a company to want to stick there name on there. I would prefer plain but I can deal with something a little more subdued. That said, the signature is not as bad as some. I'm glad to hear it is not going to be standard on their guns.

My GSG .22 1911 has a lot of text on both sides of the slide. Very ugly and annoying. But it's a good shooter.
