Already seen a some on sale a GrabAgun and Bud's. The first has one listed at $218, Bud's cash price is $219.

Right hand only, basically a standard Turk pump in a bullpup stock configuration.

Turkish defense shotguns don't have a very good reputation for quality, but this might be an exception, being a pump and not auto.

I have a friend who swears by his Hatsan pump 12 ga as the best $250 he ever spent. Couldn’t tell you what model it is. I got another friend with the Hatsan bts 410 Bullpup semi auto that is very popular amongst his buddies and I. The only thing it doesn’t seem to feed well is #9 target shot loads. One of our mutual friends enjoyed it enough that that he picked one up in 12ga. He has no complaints either. So in my circle Hatsan is batting 3 for 3.

I personally wanted a bts410 myself until I saw keltec’s ksg410. Now I am holding out for one of those, and will continue to do so even though Hatsan websit says that they will also be making a 410 model of this.

Some quality shotguns/shotgun models made in Turkey:
Weatherbys
Mossbergs
CZs
Winchester
Hatsan (escort)
TriStar
RIA

Any other Turkish shotgun manufacturer ya might want to avoid, those are a crapshoot.

I probably should have added that the Turk shotguns with less sterling reputations are the semi-autos, especially the bullpup types.
The pumps seem to be good budget shooters.

Yup, stay the heck away from Citadel. You might get lucky but the chances for that are not too good...........

I had fleeting interest in the KS7 because I didn't care about capacity, it was getting the shortest OAL shotgun I could with a buttstock for a good price and the KS7 had me until I started hearing it had issues, issues I'm not sure are fully resolved.

At under 250, I'd grab the Hatsan just for the heck of it.

"issues I'm not sure are fully resolved"

They're resolved.
As always these days you'll hear of people getting a lemon that has to go back to the factory.
The majority of people who don't have problems you never hear from.

Kel-Tec learned a lot from the KSG and put that into the KS7. It's a mature design that unless flat defective from the factory has no problems.
It's not as complex and "snaky" as the double magazine KSG.
Most problems are from people showing off how fast they can empty the gun and bobbling it. Of course it's always the guns fault, or they complain it won't shoot mini-shells, which it was not designed to do, even though many of them will.

Of the currently available bullpup pump guns the KS7 is the best, and I suspect most of the others will fade away....too expensive, too complex.

I've had a Hatsan Escort Slugger for a couple years. It's my primary truck gun, though I've also turkey hunted with it. I even ran it through a defensive shotgun class which it passed with flying colors. Paid all of $129 on sale. I'm from the school of "simpler is better". Have no real use for a bullpup but if I did, that would be a fun gun to own.

I have the Slugger also and a few others. I like shotguns.

Just received word the KSG410s are being shipped out now, don't know what they're going for yet.

If they are under $500 I will probably snag one after the New Year, . If more I will be making sure the review sources I trust cover them before I pick one up.

I just checked and Sportsman's Warehouse had the parkerized black one for $470..... Sold out already.

Actually got to shoot my Bull Tac this morning (had trigger issues on arrival).
Reasonably accurate with slugs.

Put a shot out of frame low left but on board. Came up, shot the one by the orange circle. Moved right for the last two.
My dot is red and i little dim I found it easier holding middle of the board than at a actual target dot.

Last shot in the box took my 10" gong off its mount.

Played with some mini shells, and they load reasonably well but dont eject, going to see if i can adjust the ejector to make them work.

As a note the mag tube is plenty long for 7 shells but its crimped for import.

Also.....this thing hurts to shoot with heavier loads. Not super unpleasant, but enough it made my arm feal funky

Wait until the middle of next year or until some major event like the Floyd riots happens and stuff disappears off shelves again. It's an election year, it's guaranteed to happen at some point next year.

Kel Tec needs about 6-8 months of production before their employees figure out what dimensions need to be held closer than what's on paper and what edges need deburring before assembly.

I was wondering why Kel Tec KSG’s and KS7’s took such a dive in price in the last 4-5 months. Now I know.

As all capitalists say, competition is a good thing!
