The only one of the bunch you are considering that I've personally owned is the P99/AS.. In fact I had the full size P99c/AS and the P99/AS..
Both Walthers were 100% reliable and amazingly accurate.. In fact the compact P99c/AS was as accurate as any pistol I've ever owned, or shot, including (surprisingly) my HK P7's and HK P2000sk (V3)..
The only downsides I found with the P99's were they were imported by S&W, only came with a one year warranty, and generally were considered the "red-headed stepchild's" by the importers.
In fact, S&W sold their own "version" of the P99 in the SW99 (my Buddy has one) and it was cheaper to purchase, came with a lifetime warranty from S&W and was every bit as reliable and accurate as my Walthers..
Go figure.
I loved the ergonomics of the grips on the Walthers, and I sold the P99c when I bought a new PPS (bad mistake)... The early series PPS was a pos, and I didn't buy another P99c/AS, I bought a P2000sk instead. (Excellent pistol)..
Buy what FITS your hand and interest in the pistols you are considering. Our opinions basically don't mean squat, only expressions of personal experiences we've had with one or two examples of the guns you mentioned.
I think all you are considering will be fine.. Just get what YOU like best.
No offense,
Best Wishes,
Jesse
