So, I was wondering. Now that D.C. residents can register pistols again, and now that we are moving in the right direction, some questions came to mind.
Since there are at present no known FFLs who do transfers in D.C., what if Heller or someone else applied/received a C&R license? Then, they could literally have firearms shipped to their home, and the police chief does not have to approve the license. Are there any C&R eligible rifles or pistols that would drive D.C. up the wall? Could it be useful for paving roads to increase our 2A protections? Does anyone else see ways this could be quite useful in making life tough on the city of D.C.?
