My Dad has had a percussion Rifle/Shotgun combo thats been getting kicked around for years, its in poor condition has no locks whatsoever, tho interestingly enough has maintained its ramrod! I'd like to find out what it is exactly (maker etc.) so I can get estimated value, for fun, and possibly refurbish. the proofmarks denote belgian (the ELG w/star in oval) make, however thats just the one barrel and theres nothing else denoting belgian aside from the R w/crown, which could also mean German repair(?) theres also the british pound symbol (we don't belive its the Belgian fist proofmark as theres no outer lines)as well as an MF, a 94 on one barrel, and a 170 on the other, possible PP or dd (not sure which). aside from that only description I could give is single pin holding barrel to stock, Brass furniture with engraved patchbox in floral pattern on rightside, the left has a Deer and Hunter inlay also Brass I believe. Checkering around the wrist of the stock only-nowhere else. as I said overall condition is IMO poor to very poor even if it had the locks. However as I said its a curiosity. will try to post pics if possible (though doubtful) Thanks for the Help guys!
