GOOD .22 LR pistol = S&W M41 !!! Terrific pistol. I tried Rugers, even scoped one and had a trigger job done on it but just couldn't learn to like it. Went back to the old faithful S&W 41. All was well again!

Good shooting and be safe.

I have over 40 bricks through my Buckmark and still love to shoot it. Finally had to replace the firing pin and on my 4th recoil buffer but it's really better than when new. The trigger is the standard to which I compare all triggers. The Kadet kit on my CZ PCR makes another .22 LR pistol that rivals the Buckmark for accuracy and it seems a bit more tolerant of ammo but the trigger is not quite as nice but it's DA/SA. Both are a joy to shoot and more accurate than the guy shooting them.

My 2 cents

I would say that the absolute best thing you can do is go to a firearms dealer or a gun show, and pick them up.. get a feel for what fits YOU. Find a model that naturally comes up to an aim point that you want to fire on. Grip it tight, grip it loose, fiddle with the controls. You might find that a Jennings 22 fits you 1000 times better than a Ruger 22/45. If it doesn't feel good, if it doesn't feel natural, it will do you NO good whatsoever.

GOOD LUCK
Paul
