I need some info for that rifle - Kriko mod. 600, with "shneler" triger - I'm not sure about this term in English - here in BG this is the term for two triger sistem, where the rear triger turns on the other which has wery light action. This model is chambered for 308Win. It is marked "West Germany". I will appreciate any coment for this rifle - are they good shooters, well made, reliable, easy to work with........ Thank you in advance.

Krico firearms never seemed to have a big distribution network in the USA. Most I ever heard about were promoted by some fellow from Texas, if I recall correctly (Kleingunther?). They were reputed to be quite accurate, and I would expect them to be good shooters.

I believe the trigger you are referring to is called a set trigger. Those were popular in early target shooting such as Creedmoor black powder competition, but have been rare in recent years. This may have something to do with the our quest for simplicity and reliability, or may be more directly connected with our lack of classic gunsmiths and desire to save money.

If it is in good condition, I think you will enjoy the Krico 308.
