Help me identify these please!

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but I some 5.56/.223 rounds that I am unsure of.. They have a Black tip.. AP?? The headstamp is "" HP .223 5.56" the numbers are not connected. The primer appears to be crimped and the same black that marks the tip is around the primer? Are these reloads or what? My crappy phone couldn't get a picture of the headstamp.
