I am thinking about selling one of my rare mausers, but am having a hard time deciding on its value. Now just deciding what it is first of all is kind of tough since it has no markings. Its a 16 inch Mauser in .308 made by FN with a serial number 300 on it. At first I though it was a Dutch FN1950 police carbine, but I believe those were only made in 8mm and had crests on them. This one lacks crests and the only other thing I could identify it as in the newest editions of the mauser recognition guide was a Moroccan contract mauser. There is very little information on them, but they are believed to have armed the Moroccan Gendarmerie.

So how much should I be asking for something like this? numbers matching, excellent condition, barrel is in VG condition, bluing is probably 95%
