I need to buy a 3 gun pistol box that is not that expensive but is of good quality. I have the Spotting scope mount that I can transfer to the new box and good shoulder straps. I see some boxes that are just about complete and others that need everything. I am a little short on cash. I did not expect this to go and I just finished paying off my lifetime NRA membership. I bought 3 new Wolff magazines for my Les Baer 45ACP bulls Eye 1911 with the optics mount. The magazines that I had were not strong enough that the spring would not hold the slide stop up to keep the slide back after the last shot. It was a PITA. I Always count my shots but during the timed and rapid fire it was not a big deal as you have time to pull the slide back and lock it open for the load command. Les did not put a rear sight cut out so you could put a racker on it. So you have to work around the sight mount. I also just bought an extra magazine for my Kimber 1911 in a commander size.
So I dropped about $650 on Magazines NRA Membership plus 2000 rounds of Precision Delta JHP 124 grain 9MM that's another $158.00 and I got two replacement polarized filters for my two Ultradot Red Dot sites and I am sure of a few other things I forgot today. If I do not find out any good information from you fine shooters I will probably drop $213.00 for the 3 gun Strong Case SRC-2008 Aluminum 3 Gun Pistol Box from Bullseye Pistol Gear. I have purchased from them before and have had good luck.
Thanks for any help you can provide
Bob

Champions Shooter's Supply has a nice box for under a hundred bucks.

Champions Choice, a different company, has a really nice box for about two hundred bucks.

Thanks for the feedback. I ended up getting a good deal on a
Strong Case SRC-2008 Aluminum 3 Gun Pistol Box from https://www.bullseyegear.com. It is a great size. 20" wide, 8" deep and 14" tall and only weighs 16 ponds the wooden box I am replacing was 18X13x8 inches and weighed 26 pounds.
It looks like a strong 3 gun box that has room to expand with an extra bottom drawer you can buy. I picked up the magnet for holding Magazines and Allen wrenches. I use the box a lot more than just shooting in the league I belong to. It is convenient for everyday shooting with the spotting scope mount. The one I had was good for back in the days before you had red dot sights on your pistols making them taller. I was surprised for the regular flat shipping I bought it Monday and I am getting it delivered today. It is hard to find dedicated Bull Eye shooting sites. This site is dedicated to the Bulls Eye shooter
Most guys seem to like the IPSC leagues, They feel Bulls eye is like watching paint dry. I like the discipline of shooting as accurate as possible at 25 and 50 yards with a 45ACP 1911. To each there own. It seems like in our area it is an older mans sport. It does not have the appeal where you can buy a Glock that can group 5 inch groups at 30 yards and that is all they want. I am picking on Glock because I could not shoot one as well as I could my Les Baer 1911, I am are comparing a Yugo to a BMW. And my pistol could not go swimming in a muddy swamp and shoot like a glock can. You have to take care of a 1911 a little more than a Glock.
I am looking forward to my delivery today. I did not get email notifications when you replied to my post. I need to change my settings. Thanks for the help.
