I bought this Remington model 11/browning A5 Trigger assembly. The assembly fits great in my model 11 but none of the model 11 stocks I have fit. Would I need to by a browning stock? Thanks!

There are three or four types of remington buttstocks for the Model 11. Because of the way the wrist and pistol grip are shaped on each stock, there are at least two different trigger plate tangs. Each of those has different screw hole locations and tang angles.

you need to find a trigger plate tang that has a serial number close to your shotgun, or you need to find a buttstock that matches your replacement trigger plate.

Browning parts won’t work. A Browning trigger plate tang will be too short for your buttstock and upper (receiver) tang.
