Help w/Lee Pro 1000 in .223

Before I make an ass of myself tomorrow by calling Lee I want to make sure that I am right.

Here is my problem. I have set up the press and everything is working great but the Powder charger. The charger came as a single disk system but you can upgrade to 2-3 disks. The highest charge I can get with Varget is 20 grains. The lightest .223 Varget powder charge is 22 grains using 80gr bullets, 25grains if using 40gr bullets, using their supplied load data.
Lee sells this system as ready to go. If I can't even reach the minimum load how is it ready to go?
Am I missing something?
I would have no problems if there was a disclaimer somewhere that said additional items required or pay a little more to get the extra parts but neither were options.

Double Disk Kit

GBT,

You need to pick up a Lee Double Disk Kit which is basically another set of disks and two side spacers with longer screws which allow you to stack two disks one on the other to double capacity. The lee Pro 1000 is basically a pistol kit able to do short rifle rounds but even the larger pistol rounds require the double disk kit to drop enough powder.

You might also look into the adjustable charge bar. Gives you finer graduations than the disks. The disks are easier to use though.
