Help with Allen and Thurber .31 pepperbox restoration

The Piece I have is missing the hand and spring that rotates the cylinder, If anyone has such a piece could you post photos and dimensions for me? I have been trying to make a cardboard hand to get a pattern, but with little success as yet,
