Update: So I tried Hawg's teflon tape, and still no success, I think my brother acquired a big tank air compressor, how do one use a air compressor to dislodge it out? Do I need anything to make it work?

An air blower without safety vents and a rubber tip should do it. Build the pressure up to about 150 pounds. You may have to remove the nipple if you can't get a solid connection with the rubber tip.
