Where do you think it's hitting on the frame? (hopefully the picture attachment is showing)
The dent on the mouth is not my worry but the deep scratch does concern me for reloading.
I kinda think it's from the ejector's upper angle. Its square and sharp and has brass debis on it.
Should I dull that edge?
I've searched all the stickys and figured out how to tune the extractor, so I lightly hand filed and polished that. That helped a lot for the case mouth dent, but the scratch is still there on all my cases.
The dent on the mouth is now only this bad on a few PMC brass after the extractor tuning, not on WW or Rem UMC; those clear the port unscathed, other than that dang scratch.

1911TUNER where are you?

If anybody can help, it's 1911TUNER. I've gone about a fer as I can go:banghead:
At least I'm pleased that there have been no FTFs after 400 rounds of factory FMJ and 10 year old SWC reloads
(had a Firestar for a few months back then.)
Tin cans at 40 yards are no problemo.
