Had 2 issues with a single shot 20 gauge, a loose stock and ejection problem. Sent it in (they will send both a box and a free UPS label). They replaced the stock, had cracked, a flaw in the quite nice walnut, tested etc. and returned in a few days. I still had something of an ejection issue, spoke with an agent and supervisor, said I never wanted to see this gun again, also sent email to Anthony Imperato CEO). Not only did they immediately send a new one (which was perfect), but Anthony called me and left his personal cell number with assurances. Also sent me a gift pack of Henry items. He means that guarantee they advertise. I bought 2 other Henry’s, one this week.
 
My buddy bought a 17HMR Golden Boy and it was not very accurate, by his standards. He is an excellent marksman so I believe his report. I don't have particulars in terms of group size, etc. He sent it back and eventually Henry returned it with no changes and said the rifle was "acceptable". He got rid of it and will never buy anything again from Henry.
 
I know this thread is nearly a year old but a quick update, the new gun made the round trip to Henry in about 10 days. I have been putting it through the wringer with absolutely no complaints for nearly a year now. It’s had about 1500 rounds through it without a hiccup yet. Better than some of my other lever guns in the accuracy dept too. My hats off to Henry on a well built 327.
