now keep in mind MA doesnt think its citizens are capable of safely operating Glocks, and as such have all but banned them ( only guns instate pre 1994. to include factory refurbishment of pre 94 guns) how ever the police can get what ever guns they want. man, im glad police are above the law.
It shouldn't if he's planning to carry or store it for later use. He was practicing his draw and holster off the range. What benefit is there to doing that with a loaded gun? I also wouldn't practice dryfiring with a full mag and an empty chamber or manually decocking guns with loaded cylinders/chambers. Practice/play = unloaded unless you're on the range.
Might as well carry around a single action six-shooter with the hammer back all day long; seems just as safe to me.
Your average glock trigger pull is 5.5 pounds and .5" of travel. I've yet to fire a SA revolver with a trigger anything like that. Perhaps I've been lucky.
