Didn't Spain switch from the CETME L to the German G36 a while ago?

How come we didn't get any parts kits?

This rifle is basically an HK G41. And we know that a G41 is but a NATO STANAG compatible HK33 assault rifle. However, it looks like the CETME L may not have the bolt catch or ambidextrous mag release the G41 had.

I know that the import restrictions are getting tougher, but yeah, what gives? I would love to have a CETME L.

How bad are import restrictions? I mean I've seen ak/ak-74/fal/cetme/galil kits and such, why hasn't there been any cetme L? Or even some other rifles? (are there any more types? The cetme l is the only rifle I know of that has been put in a position to be possibly sold elsewhere due to the G36 replacing it).
