Like it or not, you have come into a public forum, advocated that others break the law, and stated that you have made the choice to follow laws that you dont agree with.

I read him saying that it WAS NOT ILLEGAL to have a hi-cap under specific circumstances, but that it was clearly illegal to import one. Did Blackrazor not say this, repeatedly?

I did not hear him advocate anyone illegally importing one - only advising that it would be hard to get caught unless you bought one at a gun show in a neighboring state. I heard him say that he didn't feel compelled to follow an unjust law, but I saw no direct parallel between that statement and his stance on the legality of hi-caps. I did not hear him tell anyone else that they must not follow the current California law as regards the importation of hi-caps. Did I miss something?

Please feel free to point out where/when/how the possession of hi-caps in California is, on its face, completely and utterly illegal. I'd also like for you to demonstrate to me what I missed, wherein Blackrazor distinctly, specifically, and unabiguously advocated that other THR members import hi-cap magazines into California in defiance of the law.

The funny part about all of this is that nobody has managed to address Blackrazor's single point - that possession of a highcap magazine is NOT specifically outlawed. So the question stands - is it legal for a private inDUHvidual living in California to own a hi-cap that was imported and purchased by the owner prior to 2000, or is it not?

While I realize this point is besides your main point, Rosa Parks DID sit in the back of the bus as her act of defiance...Her crime was not that she sat on the front of the bus. She sat in the "colored" section. Her crime was in not moving when the bus driver told her to...therefore her defiance was "sitting in the back of the bus" when in fact she should have been "not sitting in the back of the bus". Sorry I got the wires crossed...but you were the history stickler who got me on the voting, I thought I'd return the favor...

Sorrty, Mr. V - you got it backwards. The front section was for whites and the back section was for blacks. Rosa was in the front of the back section and refused to move further back upon the demand of the bus driver.
