Just thought I'd share my experiance.

I've had to contact Hi-point for service twice in the past 8 years. The first time was my own fault as I had lost a screw for the front sight. What did they do?....They sent me a whole new front sight assembly, no questions asked as well as some Osama Bin Laden and Sadam targets.

This weekend I was experiencing some strikes on the side of the primers due to a bent firing pin. I called them and explained the problem and told them I'd rather fix it myself than send it in. Once again they are sending me all the parts I need free of charge. They didn't even ask for the serial number of the gun.

I love this gun even though I have many other quality rifles and pistols. They have some of the best customer service that I've delt with.
 
Only once, and it was excellent service. Everyone should have a 995...in an ATI stock. I just wish they would come out with a 20 round mag!
 
HP is an excellent company, they always take care of their products.

jonnyc, I agree with the first part of your statement, but you lose me at the ATI Beretta CX4 Storm clone stock. The Hp "TS" stocks are great, and they're original, not just turning one gun into a clone of another. As for hi cap mags, many seem to want them but I am satisfied with just having several 10 rounders...

A great way to win "Ugly gun of the day" award but it goes bang every time you pull the trigger, as fast as you can.
