Nothing wrong with a good SXS because they simply work. I like double triggers myself. Here is my 1930 Western Arms Corp (Ithica company) 12 gauge.

This is very imposing to look down.

This replica of Colt's 1878 Coach 12 ga. choked to cylinder on both barrels has been tweaked a little by EMF before being shipped. It's ready for action. I like the double triggers, and my wife likes the old time 'Mule Ears' hammers. They actually do the work. It's a real hammer gun.

I work on and sale a lot of guns to cowboy action competitors and the EMF TTN imported china made 1878 hammer coach is a very well made gun. They are fast cocking because the hammers are close in so they can be cocked at the same time with your thumb. They are a very authentic 1878 coach gun and very popular with Cowboy action shooters who need very reliable guns because they put them through works.

TTN int. sales the same gun also. They have a website and EMF does also.

I second the.......

..........Remington Spartan/Baikal. I have one with exposed hammers and changeable choke tubes. I like the exposed hammers so I can leave it loaded in my closet and not cocked like a boxlock would while loading. No kids at home, of course! And I prefer a coach gun because it's shorter than a pump with the same length barrel. There's lots of little twists and turns in my house.
Besides, everyone should have at least one coach gun just so they can feel like the Duke!:D
