I just want to thank a fellow member here. I think it proves exactly how nice, and helpful people on this forum can be to total strangers. Long story short, I have been struggling with Nikon customer service to get a warranty issue taken care of. I wasn't getting straight answers, I wasn't getting my scope back, and I wasn't happy. I sort of hijacked a fellow member's post who was asking for advice on the same type of Nikon scope for his AR. Another member read my rant, and responded asking me to PM him, which I did. He is a Nikon Pro Staff, and offered to help make it right. I sent him all the correspondence I'd had with Nikon on Monday afternoon, and now, on Wednesday morning I'm sitting at my desk with a brand new replacement scope that arrived Next Day shipping. All I can say is how grateful I am to this Highroad member- bman940. He stepped in and offered a complete stranger help. And man, did he ever come through. What has been an annoying 3 month process, took him less than 2 days to solve. Bman940 and your friends at Nikon- THANK YOU. Sincerely, thank you.
