This is not a scientific poll

These are votes of people who visit CNN's web site.
I don't know if or what kind of "spam" filter they use.
I clicked the No button and Vote and still got No 43% 23205 and Total 53371.

However, at 9:23am
Yes 56% 31543
No 44% 24327
Total votes: 55870

There will be a delay before your vote shows up.

Whats next? Only so many characters when using free speech?

That might not be bad for politicians, some might actually benefit from not talking as much.

Closer than I thought for the ClintonNewsNetwork. Next thing another ban. All this just goes along with our erosion of freedom following the Judas goat, placing blame on an object instead of the person.

Now 56%/44%, up from 59%/41% last night with 68,912 people voting. Thanks for all that voted - spread the word.

Vote at CNN.com - halfway down and on the right margin.

I will be watching this very closely. I will not worry unless it passes in at least one house, first.

So lets say something this ridiculous does pass..Which it won't. What about the 20+ magazines I have that hold more than 10 rounds?

On a side note... At least they didn't write "ammunition clips", look's like they're learning.

Keep in mind that this poll result is on very liberal CNN with very liberal viewers. Personally, I was expecting a lower percentage.

People have been saying for a couple of years now that the gun control debate is over, with the NRA and pro gun folks the winners. I think we are one or two more high profile shootings away from more gun bans personally.

In a couple of years, we will probably look back at 2010 and wonder why we didnt buy more guns and magazines when they were cheap and available. If there is anything you want, you better get it while you can.

i heard one politician (the one responsible for writing this i believe) saying that if you currently own any of the mags then you can keep them. but unlike the previous ban, private sale of pre-ban mags will not be allowed.

uh-oh...I'm not liking the numbers I'm seeing. Of course, it is CNN. Most of the people visiting the site are whacked out of their minds, but thank God we have a Republican Congress.
