Doubtless is this tv stations response to the SCOTUS decision.

Just under the headlines there's a poll that says, "Do you support gun control laws and regulations."

Do all the people who voted no feel that felons and the legally insane should have firearms?
Hopefully not, because while I am for allowing law abiding citizens to own anything and everything they want, I don't want a felon to even have a BB gun.

Some of us even do our own CYA when we do a private transfer, unless I or someone I trust can vouch. Myself, I get a copy of the DL, make a copy of the serial number, make and model and date. If they have a CCP I call it good. And if I have any reservations about doing the sale, I don't do it.

I did not answer because the question is bogus and leading.

By voting "no," they are saying just that.

Some die-hard gun folks will even say it explicitly: "the Constitution does not provide for denying any man's right to bear arms."

Purists, I guess.

Don't give a direct link!

They can see that the majority of the pro-gun votes are coming from a pro-gun site.

So what?

Would they otherwise assume that the referring link was coming out of the ether?

...from the MMM donate-by-PayPal page?

Have you ever seen an article on one of these poll sites where they reported the "weighted scores" based on the referring links?

And so what if they did?
Last I checked, we count as people too!
