I had a DA/SA P30 which I traded away last year trying to keep to DAO handguns. The trigger was not the best either a little gritty. I loved the feel of the P30, probably the most comfortable handgun I ever held and shot. When I inquired about the LEM HK said they had no intention of offering them as an option in the P30 anytime soon. Well a month or two later they are out. Anybody have one? If so what are your thoughts? How are the triggers?

The reset on the V2 LEM trigger is much longer than my USPc. The USPc LEM trigger is perfect out of the box for a CC gun. The V2 P30 also breaks at a higher weight than the USPc. It's too bad the LEM P30 isn't the same. Still, it's much better than the DA/SA.

But most triggers on production guns suck, and we better get used to that. All can be remedied by sending your P30 to Bruce Gray:

The man does work that is supernatural. I have a DA/SA P30 with the full comp job. It's a dream. My LEM will go next.

The LEM trigger on the P30 is MUCH better than the DA/SA, but like all LEMs, takes some getting used to. Bill Springfield also does amazing trigger work on HKs. BTW, a quick change of two springs on the stock setup and you'll have the "light" LEM setup which is preferred by many over the "standard".

Great point and thanks for that reminder. I just ordered the necessary springs.
