*As I suddenly become overwhelmed with feelings of jealousy, envy, and resentment..*

Congratulations on your new HK, Doc.

If I only had the money..:(

Congratulations

Why, that's as handsome as mine. Your advantage is that you don't have to go out of state to see yours. Years ago I bought a boxfull of 40 round mags and have more of them than I do the 25 rounders. I also have one 20 round mag.

My retractable stock is the is convex unlike yours which is concave. I'm curious if yours came off the MP-5 instead?

The HK53 comes with the same retractable buttstock as the one shown in the pic above. I wonder if it came off that. *shrug* You're right, Gary, it does look like the older style MP5 retractable stock. ;)

It's HK94 (9mm) stock. I know that few old HK53 came with like the ones on MP5, but still inteaded for .223.

I know that I am not 'suppost to' use HK94 stock on .223 HK93, but after some research I came to conclusion that there will be no major difference between plastic buffer of HK94 and spring loaded metal buffer of HK93-A3 stock.

I heard several people uses HK94 stock on their 93/33, and they all say they haven't experienced any problems. Though opinions may differ.

The old concave A3 stock is uncomfortable, and the new version looks aweful in my opinion.

The plastic lower is awesome, though not as comfortable as finger grooved factory grip, the narrow grip makes controls more accessible. You can actually release the right side safety with your index finger.

Also, the non-slip textured grip let you hold the grip more firmly. I can actually shoot the thing one-handed now.

Thanks guys,

I paid $650 from guy name Gordon who sells it on HKPRO.

The complete FBI F/S trigger pack does sell for $450-500, but these only fit pin hole HK33/53 receivers.

It's lot less headache to simply buy professionally pinned and clipped trigger pack to fit hinged HK93 reciever.

Not only does it look better, but it also fits tighter, and does not scratch the frame when you accidently rub it across the receiver. The steel frame used to slide back and forth loosely.
I recommend FBI lower to anyone who has HK93. If you care to burn more $$$ that is.:D

I already spent as much money on the accessaries than the rifle itself.

FBI lower=$650
A3 Stock=$300
40rd mag=$40
<on the way>
B&T weaver mount=$150
ARMS #19 mount=$90
Tijicon ACOG TA31 sight=$840:banghead: :banghead:

Here is the rifle before the $$$ burning.
