Titegroup and Berry's Plated Bullets

I've been using the Berry's Plated 165 grain flat point bullets with 4.9 grains of Titegroup and it has worked quite well. Plan to stick with it for use in my Gloack 23 and 27. I load with a Dillon RL550B.

I have shot Titegroup in 45 ACP for months. Tried it when I could not get Bullseye.

I now like it better. I find it very clean. Get excellent accuracy with a 200 gr. medium hard lead RN FP over 4.4 grains. Moderate crimp and Federal LP primers.

Keep me posted. I did use it with same bullet over 5.4 grain load. Did well. No leading either load in my Smith 4506 or Star PD.

(Usual precautions with my load info please.)

I've been using it for a year in .38 spl, 9mm and 45 ACP. Great stuff.
At first I was concerned that the small loads called for might make for uneven ignition but that hasn't been the case, and those small loads sure stretch a can out.

Great stuff for target loads and jacketed bullets in 9mm .38 Super and .45acp.

Tried in .357 mag with lead and didn't care for it, accurate but dirty.

And mine is quite clean. Apparently, some people get a more complete burn than others. Anybody have an idea why?

I'm only loading to about 900 fps with a 140 grain bullet, probably the difference. (IHMSA Field Pistol load)

Using .060 vegetable fiber wads under the bullet helps make it a little cleaner.

Have some VV N320 on order for light lead loads.
