Holsters for Home Carry...?

I didn't think I was being insulting. Just asking a few questions :D

I don't have a problem with how others manage themselves. I have a problem if they want to manage me though and that's how I perceived what you wrote.

A search shows me nothing disagreeable in your previous posts. Looks like it was just a poor choice of words this once and I should have let it slide.

Fobus paddle holster. Since it's not attached to a belt, it's easy to put on and off. It's more comfy than Smart Carry, and it's much easier to draw from when seated. Oh, and it's inexpensive.

I second the suggestion of Smartcarry. Its the perfect solution for carrying around the house. Its definitly not a primary mode for carry...

I've been carrying almost daily in the dang thing for two years. It IS my primary carry (although I do like carrying OWB, too, if concealment is a lower priority).

You're entirely correct, though, that it's not very accessible in the car.

The trick when wearing a belt is that it can't be too tight. Loosen up a couple of notches and access is easy.

My jeans stay put even with a looser belt. To make my shorts work better (I wear cargo shorts to work all summer), I put elastic in the waistband. The belt is just for show.

I usually just carry in my regular holster set up.But if I decide to go with sweat pants,I carry one of my guns around with me in a cheap Uncle Mike's.If I'm laying on the couch watching tv,it's on my chest(usually next to one of our cats)....I have been known to rig up a holster on the riding mower too...sometimes I even yell"YEEE HAAAW" while riding.... :neener:
