Johnny is getting about 20 fps more and the same accuracy, with a cheaper powder, trying to clone the Mk 262 load- take a look:

CAVEAT: DO NOT USE THIS GUY'S LOADS UNLESS YOU'RE USING THE SAME *CHAMBER* (.223 VS. WYLDE VS. 5.56) AND SAME EVERYTHING ELSE (BRASS, PRIMERS, BULLETS), *AND* YOU'RE AN EXPERIENCED RELOADER. .223 Rem match chambers are tight and will cause significant pressure increase over a Wylde or 5.56 chamber.

Got another question - does anyone think leverevolution would work well for .357 Maximum, and if so, where / how would I start? (I have an 8 lb keg of it).

Note that, to the best of my knowledge, Hornady & Hodgdon still refuse to publish any load data for anything other than levergun rounds.

I would think the leverevolution powder would "work" in the Maximum, but I can't say how well it would.

Would be interesting to see some results.

I've always pronounced it "Wild"

Don't know about LVR in 357 max. I have not seen any published loads in 357 Maximum using 300MP, but my guess is that it would be really good in long barrels. I get more velocity with less pressure in both my 357mag and 44mag rifles, when compared to H110. If I were going to load 357max, I would be tempted to try it, starting with 357mag loads.

I've seen similar results with Leverevolution in 30/30, so I would be interested in .223. Looking at the Hodgdon load data, they have data for 224 V.
