Is anyone else here really excited to see the movie Hot Fuzz that opens on the 20th? Each time I see the preview it cracks me up! Looks like a movie made for gun lovers:D

I loved Shaun of the Dead and if thats any indication of how this movie will be I think its will be great! I mean doesn't this picture say it all!

I am too. Same reason. I loved Shawn of the Dead (own it on DVD too) and can't pass up an opportunity to see these hilarious guys play cops.

I think it will be a hoot.

Plenty of firearms in the UK, both legal and not. Tons in Ireland.

I saw it when it released in the UK, good flick, but I'm a big Shaun fan.:)

Yep...we plan on seeing it on opening weekend. SOTD lover here too :D

This movie looks pretty funny on it's own merits, but I will go see it simply because I love SOTD so much. That is one of my all time favorite movies, and I think I am going to go watch it right now!

I'm there. And fingers crossed that they go ahead and make From Dusk 'till Shaun.

I'm a big fan of Shaun of the Dead. Hilarious movie! I saw the trailer for Hot Fuzz the other day and it looked pretty good also. I like their sense of humor.

Isn't this a comedy with the premis that this detective is a dirty Harry type that gets sent to the boonies for some light duty and all hell breaks loose?

I hope I have my movies right it struck me as being hilarious.

Funniest movie of the year! Oh and lots of cool guns! You have to see this! Great references to "Bad Boys" and most every other cop movie you can think of.

Saw the movie last night it was pretty great, lots of unrealistic gun action but then again lots of gun action too. There is actually a lot of Anti rehtoric in the begining and then that changes.

I'm looking forward to this as well but...
does anyone else find the irony in filming a movie about guns in England the land of the gun ban? Just a thought.

Just remember:
"There are more guns in the country than in the city. Everyone and their mother packs heat round here."
"Who?"
"Farmers mostly. And their mothers."

Saw it.

Was a complete laugh out loud hoot.

Was amused by the euroness of the guns available...lots of side by sides and drop block single shotguns, even a flintlocked blunderbuss, a couple of leftover stens. The g3ish thing in the photo above was pretty much the only proper rifle to be seen. ;)

I got the impression the movie's armorer really had to scrape the bottom of the barrel...
