How accurate is this rifle?

I'm wanting a 22 rimfire with target accuracy. I'm a left handed shooter so left handed bolt action rifles with scope mount capabilities are non existent.

Is the bull barreled 10/22 as accurate as a target bolt rifle? Close?

BTW, it's a 10/22 with 20 inch bull barrel.

Not even close!

That rifle probably isn't any more accurate than a plain jane 10/22. It just costs more.

Don't buy the 10/22T. If you want an accurate 10/22, buy the cheapest one you can find. You are going to toss the barrel and stock anyway. Buy a Butler Creek stock and a Green mountain barrel. That will get you twice the gun that the 10/22T is.

Of course, if you really get into it, it is quite easy to turn a $200 10/22 into a $1200+ 10/22.

If you have the money and want the full meal deal, you can always buy a Volquartsen.
