Need more entertaining poll results.....change the quantities to increments of 25,000. Bet there are some here that could ring the bell with six or seven figure amounts.
Especially that one about water in the Rio Grande. Them New Mexico folks are really stingy about that river water.^ don't cha know everyone lies in these threads

Not sure about anyone else, but Snowden drove home the point for me that discussing your possessions is not the wisest of options.
The extra value of components over cartridges beyond the cost savings is that one has more versatility. As one can never really know what calibers will be in demand or what calibers may be in short supply, flexibilty in how to apply components has worth. I count the primers with a limiter of quantity of lead and powder. As long as you have a quantity of loaded ammo, quantity of brass should not be a limiter.Hard to answer because I don't know how to count reloading components.
Already loaded ammo: I'm down to about 3500 .22LR's; I like to keep that well north of 5000 but this shortage caught me by surprise. And I have maybe 2000 of everything else combined.
I have a few thousand jacketed rifle bullets, and enough lead to cast maybe 100000 pistol bullets. My limiting factor is reloadable brass, even though it can be reused (you can infer from that what you will about powder and primers.)
So why haven't I been to the range all summer?
Do any other regular citizen sportsmen/women sometimes feel like the more ammo you store, the more you want to reduce consumption?
It is sort of like a rifle collection?
I'm sure that this notion never occured to anyone else.
