How do I contact SA?

Yesterday, Sunday 2/11 I competed in a local IPSC match with my XD45. This gun has been absolutely reliable until yesterday. In the middle of a shoot and scoot string doing double and tripple taps, the gun started to not reset the striker. It would fire, extract, eject and chamber a fresh round but the striker didn't stay cocked when it went to battery. Rack the slide eject an unfired unmarked round, the gun fired fine. Next target down the line and it fired once and then went dead again with no reset on the striker, pump trigger to no effect, rack slide and it worked again. This is no way to play IPSC. :banghead: How do I open a warrenty claim with SA?

Call Customer Service

Call 1-800-680-6866. I just had an outstanding experience with SA customer service. They paid shipping both ways and truly went above and beyond what I expected from them considering I was not the original owner.

Give them a call.

They will take care of you. In my experience, Springfield's customer service is excellent.

The bad part is even if you knew what part you needed, you would still have to send the gun to them.
