I can not figure it out, does it need a screwdriver or something?

I know how to adjust left and right, but how do you adjust for elevation? I am shooting 6 inches high at 100 yards so this is very aggrivating.:what:

With the front sight?
4-5 clicks in the counter clockwise direction.

The MBUS rear sight does not have an elevation adjustment. FYI - most rear BUIS don't. To adjust for height, get yourself a front sight adjustment tool and rotate your front sight pin 4-5 clicks counterclockwise as Mot45acp suggests.

The only folding rear sights I know of that have elevation adjustment are the KAC 2-600m model, the Matech, and the MAD.

Yeah, adjust elevation with your front sight. The number of MOA each detent will move your group varies by what sight radius you have. A rifle with standard rifle-length sight radius and square 4-detent front sight post will have something in the neighborhood of 1.25 MOA clicks. A rifle with carbine-length sight radius will have about 1.5 MOA clicks. If you have a midlength, it's somewhere in between. And remember FORS -- fron opposite, rear same. Move the front sight the opposite direction you want your group to move, and move the rear sight the same direction you want your group to move.

thanks guys for your help, after I posted this I figured it out that they simply don't have one, and that I can adjust the front sight. I didn't have a front sight adjustment tool, but I was able to use a very thin stick of metal to push the pin down and then rotate the post. Its actually worked fairly well.
