The same way you bump fire anything else. Hold it at hip level, put your thumb through the trigger group, and then hook your thumb on a belt loop. With the left hand(assuming you are a righty) pull the rifle rearward until it dishcharges...and...well...the rest is magic.
"bump" fire is just as rc explained. PULL the rifle forward (the entire time) and when it fires the recoil resets the trigger and if your still pulling forward Bang and the cycle repeats itself.
From the shoulder..similar but I found a very very loose grip with the trigger hand and a ridgid trigger finger works well. The concept is to have the rifle bounce off of your shoulder and fire on the rebound. You don't need to pull that much on the rifle. But you have to figure out what's how to make your rifle bounce just right to work.
I'm no pro at it but this was one of my first from the shoulder attempts:
I have bump fired both AK-47 and AK-74 clones... but I never had the same success with an SKS. My friend had a Chinese SKS and was trying all types of things to bump fire her (rubber bands, etc).
I gave it my best shot with my hand and maybe got a 2 or 3 round burst a few time, but no a long machine-gun style burst.
