The Arsenal sling I ordered for my Wasr 10 came today and I was able to find instructions online about how to install it and it appears to be pretty easy from the pics I was looking at. However it starts the guide with a "disassembled" sling but doesn't show how to take the sling apart. Does anyone know how to do this?
Here's before and after pictures of the sling in question.

I just can't figure out for the life of me how to disassemble it.:banghead:
Thanks everyone.

The second pic is how you start. That is "disassembled", and in the correct orientation to start. Then you thread the end with the snap hook through the rear stock's loop, front to rear, bring it around, through the leather loop, then through the ring. Then the snap hook snaps onto the loop on the front left of the forward handguard.

It's pretty self-explanatory how to take it apart. Just it can be a pain getting the end with the snap hook through the ring. It's doable, though. Just ensure there's plenty of slack in the middle of the ring so you can pull it straight through.

If you want to use a normal sling with an AK, go HERE and order yourself a 1.5" metal snap hook. That easily adapts a traditional Western sling to the AK's front sling mount. Useful if you want a padded sling or something more specialized.
