Haven't really shot for groups while standing in quite a while. I do one drill where I try to hit a 6" target at 50yds twice in under two seconds from low ready. I don't always succeed in that; but I make it more often than not.
Adding a shot timer to your practice (or downloading the free Surefire Shot Timer app for your smartphone) is a good way to make otherwise simple shots challenging.
One hole groups all day long if the barrel doesn't heat up. Of course that with a highly tuned rifle rifle shooting 52gn SMK over 25.5gn 2230 and Federal match primers.
