How loud are CCI CB shorts?

Cbs are great for critter busting. Tree rats, skunks, coons etc are are quite easily handled. Mind rule #3 for Urban engagements! I live ina neighbor hood, but my back yard abuts 10k acres of spud, wheat etc. Skunks about during the summer.

A .22 CB will make less noise being fired from a rifle than it will bouncing off (without breaking) the glass of a mercury vapor light.

In my misspent youth I had some kind of pump up .22 pellet gun that did better than that. It would break the outer envelope then the light would burn out in a day or so.

The statute of limitations has long since expired!

And for that matter how many here didn't do something dumb as a youth?
