How many 7.62mm rounds can a ceramic level IV plate stop?

People claim that ceramic plates are only good for one hit so I bump fire a magazine of Yugoslavian M67 FMJ into a CATI Level IV composite plate. How many do you think it can stop?

I'm going to guess that unless you manage to hit the same spot with multiple shots, it will take a good half dozen hits.

Yugoslavian M67 is 7.62 x 39. Isn't the same as 7.62NATO. And the plates have already been tested. Isn't made for multiple hits anyway.
