Absolutely zip, zero, nadda. However, I have continued to try to warm up to the lowly G19 Gen4. My gunsmith let me hold a Glock 26 that he had customized. He had slimmed down the grip, lengthened the grip, and retextured it. I was kind of surprised at how much his work really improved my opinion of them over all.
Now, is all that extra expense worth it? After all, it's still a Glock.
One, a Gen4 G35. I mistakenly thought that since it was an over $600 gun that it may be nice. I can't believe how crappy they are made, it is so flimsy I can't bring myself to shoot it.
Many posters have hacked on Glocks on this thread. Lol. If you don't like them, don't buy them. But, I noticed that shooting IDPA and USPSA events, for those guns that are not $2500 race guns, probably 80% in my club are Glocks. Must be something to it. Also, I haven't seen a Glock FTF yet, other than squibs shooting UMC and reloads. I have friend who has a new Kimber with a case through it. It is still so tight that he is afraid to carry it. I put a big old smooch on my G23 every day when I get strapped.
Anyone remember the 1911 poll a few weeks ago? Same exact poll which didn't have a "zero" option. What's up with that? I'd be curious to see what the numbers are including zero on both polls. On the Glock poll, I guess there needs to be a "zero and proud" option, too. It's interesting the number of people that are so happy to not own a pistol!
