How many of your guns are new/used

A greater number of my guns are used because I buy a lot of MILSURP rifles and handguns and pre-ban ARs. About the only guns I buy new anymore are ones earmarked for HD or CCW.

My Ruger was used, but unfired condition- previous owner traded it in before he shot it.

My SA was NIB.

:D

Both of my pistols were purchased new.

All of my long arms are used.

It just so happens to be that way at this very moment. Usually I purchase used firearms as most specimins lose very little (if nothing) after a few hundred rounds.

I will probably continue to buy used unless I must have a particular weapon and can't find one used.

I'm right at 50/50 right now 'cause the 96/44 was new and 50% the normal price, so it was less than most used lever guns. I'll end up going more used once I find a good Marlin 30-30, I missed one at the show by a couple minutes.

If I had a C&R license, if would be much more used. But I haven't decided to put myself into more debt yet. Most of the time, the used stuff, unless it is really beat up, is just a tiny bit less than new, or my ratio would already be a lot more used items.

Rifles bought
6 new
2 used
sold 2 new after I used them
I still have 66%new 33%used

Handguns bought
3 new
9 used
sold 1 new and 2 used after I used them
I still have 21% new 79%used

Shotguns
1 used 100 % used

but now every gun is used.

About 15% new/ 85% used. However that gap is widening most every time the BBT shows up in the driveway (a C&R is a big drain on the bank account  ).
