I spend quite a bit of time on THR. Maybe too much time.:scrutiny: Since joining about 6 months ago I've purchased 7 new guns. I work in a hospital laboratory and when we're slow I'm on THR. I usually spend about 2-4 hours on THR per day.

I'm just curious how many hours per day or per week everyone spends on THR? Also curious why or where you're doing most of your THR reading?

I work 2nd shift. When I get home, from about 11:15 till 5:30, I'm to keep the young critters happy. Bathroom walks, diaper changes drinks etc. I'm on every night, and probally in the same range of 2-4 hrs.

I work graveyard shifts, and I have net access, but the regular forums I post in are blocked out. This one is too obscure for management to care about. So, when I'm here for 8-10 hours, I'll drop in 3-5 times.

People here are so reasonable and civil, I can't have any fun at all.

I keep THR up in a window all night, twelve hours or so, and scan message boards every few hours to see if anything interesting pops up; most other forums are blocked by the company IT guys but THR amazingly is not even though any weapons related site is on the block list. Third shift with not much hard work to do and a high speed connection (filtered) with a dialup back end (slow but reliable for email) is not that bad... and a paycheck to boot.

This is eerrrr, a public forum so there for I deem it safer not to give an entirely accurate answer to that question (for the sake of my job:D )

Several times daily, usually for 30 minutes or so each, unless I'm searching for specific information.

When I'm working, maybe 6 hrs out of a 12 hr shift. Not working...probably 1-2 hrs a day. Lately Oblivion has been taking up lots of my home computer time.

I'm sure my boss put you up to asking this question. Tell him that my official answer, same as always, is "Only on my own time, or when I'm waiting for a long running process to finish and have no other work that I can do."

:D

I hardly ever come here, really. I can quit. Anytime I want. Really I can. I have a life. I know I can quit, I don't need this place. It's not an addiction, really it's not....sob!

I work from home so you guys occupy an IE window most of the workday. Actually sometimes 2 when I have to remember who I’m responding too.

I refer to this place as kinda like a bar where people hang out and talk about stuff. Only there's no booz, the bouncers are cool, and I can get my work done whilst I await the painstakingly crafted witty retorts.

I have internet access at work and will sometimes spend an entire shift (8hrs) on THR. Real work huh?:D

Entirely too much time!! It's become an addiction and my wife want's to sue for loss of companionship!! It's also costing me a fortune in new firearm purchases!! It's also bad for my health because some of the threads raise my blood pressure to unacceptable levels!! I want to sue somebody!!!

Yep, it's an addiction. My work also filters certain websites, 99% of all "weapon" related sites are blocked, but not THR. :D

I"m just here for the popcorn kernals to make popcorn loads for new shooters using shotguns - honest.

Yeah that is what Nightcrawler and Correia are paying me with to do the Soundtrack on the recent Novella. :D

I'm bucking for a raise... adding BBs so I will have ammo for the BB guns I teach with as well - but seems our accountant is a tightwad. :neener:
