So I can set up a corp, gather my goodies, and will my shares to my (plug in whomever), and he/they can be legal, right?

Now, how do I deal with a stop/discovery? Is it, I as a corporate officer (and my "employee"), must have some permission piece to show my or employee possession?

Somehow, I see worms.

Ideas/facts?

I can't say as to how the corporation changes hands following deaths and wills. The NFA items are considered capital of the corporation, so whoever does get control of the corporation will be the owner of the items.

The *proof* the NFA items are legal is the Form 4. You get the same Form 4 that everyone else uses, except it does not have a picture attached and no CLEO signature. It still has the cancelled $5/$200 transfer stamp. You make copies of the forms and keep them with the items. If you go to the range and some LEO wants to see your registration, you show them the Form 4 copy.
