Funds are always tight when you are on SSDI and your rent alone takes up 5/8 ths of your monthly income.

I would check the "Free" section on craigslist and pick up items needed for the reloading bench. Here is an example of one free listing I found and I probably would have been able to build a reloading bench out of the items listed and use some of the other items for the "man cave".
