How to avoid carpal tunnel when chamfer/deburring?

Forget the fancy stuff. I think it is Lyman ( I may be wrong) that sells an inside chamfer and an outside one with a thread, each is certainly less than $15. It screws into a small adapter that fits onto the end of an electric screwdriver and you are done. I still have my original torpedo tool ....................... somewhere.

I waited to long ... Have carpal surgery schedule for April 18 th......

But I have started chucking my RCBS tool in my drill press .... It has a 3/4" Chuck . .. Just a touch chamfers .... then I slow it down some and debur the outsides ....

I do my primer pocket with a cordless drill ....
