How to conceal a handgun in your closet

Who the heck puts T shirts on hangers?

Seems like using a good hanger and a coat pocket would be easier, and do just as well, but hey, I'm just a slog I guess, don't hang my jeans either.

I have a folded clean basket and a dirty going to wash basket . To much time wasted hang up jeans and T shirts. Basket wear basket fast and easy.

Nah...

Just get a mirror and put it at the back of the closet. Say hang it up with a nail.

Now take it down and cut a hole in the sheetrock and mount a box, say a wooden one that fits your favorite gun, in the hole and screw it to the 2x4s.

Now mount the mirror back and there you go!

You can jazz it up some if you like but that's the basic idea.

While the jeans holster might be a good way to hide a gun, it is far from ideal for quick retrieval, especially in the dark.

Before my gal was comfortable with one on her night stand but wanted one close at hand,I screwed a stiff nylon holster to her closet wall.
The closet has byfold doors so when opened they are about flush with the door jamb.I screwed the holster on the wall just inside the jamb at about 5'
up horizontel ,just had to open the door with left hand and draw with your right. It was not visible even with the door open and pretty darn quick .
She now has her Carry permit and has zero issue with it on the night stand
And would'nt go to bed without it there.

I'm thinking an under desk mount etc is more appropriate, this seems like it is for hiding from kids/ wife... if they know, then it doesnt need to be in jeans... ah well, cute idea for pretending you're double 0 7 .

as far as the mags go, I'd rather have another sewn hollow below so I could scoop up both in a hurry, gotta go before I re-engineer this fail plan.
